Privacy Policy

• Information you give us. When you register for an event, request an invitation, complete our Member Assessment or contact us, we collect your name, business name, job title, email address, mobile phone number, city and state, and any details you choose to share about your business (for example, trade, company size, revenue range or your assessment answers).
• Communication preferences. Whether you opted in to text messages and/or emails, and the date, time and method of your consent.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website and form providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring page, using cookies and similar technologies.
• Event information. Attendance, check-in and, if you take part, the inputs you provide for any live business assessment or report at our events.

• To review and manage event registrations and invitations, and to send confirmations, reminders and updates.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To prepare the personalized report you request through our Member Assessment.
• To send you information about the Club and its membership, only if you opted in.
• To evaluate membership fit and, if you become a member, to deliver member services under your membership agreement.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site and our programs.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

We send text messages only to people who have given consent, and only for the purposes they consented to. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS section of our Terms and Conditions for program details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for others’ marketing purposes. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the Site, forms, email, text messaging, scheduling and events (for example, our CRM and website platform, email and SMS delivery providers, and event venues for guest lists). They may use the information only to provide services to us. This does not include sharing text messaging opt-in data or consent, as stated in section 3.
• With our team, including team members and contractors who support members from Colombia, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed for their role.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of MTC, our members or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Site and our form providers use cookies to make the Site work, remember preferences and understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We keep registration and contact information for as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a member. Records of your text message consent and opt-outs are kept as long as required to show compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limited access by role. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
• Access, correction and deletion: you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to lionpride@themastertradesclub.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and in any case within 45 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies to you and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. The Site and our programs are for business owners and professionals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

MTC is based in the United States, and part of our team works from Colombia. Your information may be accessed and processed in both countries, with the safeguards described in our Personal Data Processing Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post them here before they take effect.
